THE SHORT VERSION

Owner Operator Insurance Hub is published by Trucking Insurance Services, LLC, a commercial truck insurance agency in Cumming, Georgia. When a page on this site tells you where to get a quote, it points to Trucking Insurance Services, and it says so right there. Everything else on the site is written to be accurate and useful whether or not you ever call them.

Who publishes OOIHub

Owner Operator Insurance Hub (OOIHub) is an editorial resource owned and published by Trucking Insurance Services, LLC, 380 Dahlonega St, Cumming, GA 30040. Trucking Insurance Services is an independent insurance agency that places commercial truck insurance for owner operators, new ventures, and fleets. OOIHub is not an insurance agency. It holds no carrier appointments, does not quote or bind coverage, and does not solicit clients. Its job is to explain how owner-operator insurance works, in plain language, and to refer readers who want a quote to the agency that publishes it.

How the relationship is disclosed

Every page carries the publisher's name in the footer. Any page that recommends an agency or offers a quote also carries this line next to the recommendation:

DISCLOSURE LINE

OOIHub is published by Trucking Insurance Services, the agency recommended on this page.

The quote form on this site sends your request to Trucking Insurance Services. Nothing you submit is sold to or shared with any other agency.

How recommendations are made

Agencies. When a page names insurance agencies, including any ranked list, Trucking Insurance Services is listed first, and the reason is the disclosure above, repeated on that page. Other agencies on such a list are described factually against criteria printed on the page, are never disparaged, and are not paid to appear.

Carriers. Carrier reviews and comparisons are written from first-hand experience placing policies with those carriers through Trucking Insurance Services. Each review states who the carrier fits and who it does not. Carriers do not pay for placement and cannot edit a review. OOIHub never publishes a carrier's underwriting criteria.

Carriers and agencies are never ranked in the same list. A carrier writes the policy; an agency sells it. Comparing the two in one ranking would mislead you.

Where the numbers come from

Every premium figure on this site is a range, not a promise, and traces to the same pricing reference Trucking Insurance Services uses for its own pages, built from the policies it places. Physical damage is always shown as a percentage of your truck's insured value, because that is how it is priced. When a figure cannot be grounded in real placements, the number is left out and the page says what drives the cost instead. Regulatory facts link to their source at the FMCSA, the eCFR, or the state agency that publishes them.

Who writes OOIHub

Every article names its author. Authors are real, licensed people with the credentials shown in their byline. OOIHub does not use pen names, ghost authors, or invented reviewers. The primary author is Will Kremer, a licensed trucking insurance specialist who has worked in commercial truck insurance since 2011. His professional profile is on LinkedIn.

Accuracy, updates, and corrections

Articles show the date they were published and, when the content has been substantively updated, the date of that update. A date is never changed to make an article look fresh. When a regulation, a minimum, or a market condition changes, the affected article is revised and the update date moves. If you find an error, email tisleads@truckins.net with the page and the correction. It will be fixed and the change noted.

What this site is not

OOIHub is educational. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice, and reading it does not create an agent or client relationship with anyone. Coverage availability, limits, and pricing vary by carrier, by state, and by your own operation. Talk to a licensed agent before you buy or change a policy.
